Shipping Policy

Order Processing
·     Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
·     You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

Made-to-Order Items (Boots)
· All boots are made to order.
· Please allow 4–6 weeks for manufacturing and shipping.
· We’ll keep you updated on your order status via email throughout the process.
 
Shipping within Australia
·     Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
·     Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
·     Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
 
Pre-Orders
·     If you've purchased during a pre-order period, please note that shipping will begin once stock has arrived. Estimated delivery dates will be displayed on the product page and in your confirmation email.
 
Delays
·     While we always aim to meet estimated delivery times, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to postal service issues or peak periods. Ranch Runway is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
