Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns
·     Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
·     Boots must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.
·     Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
 
Non-Returnable Items
·     Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
·     Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
 
Exchanges
·     We currently offer exchanges for size or style, subject to availability.
·     If your preferred size is unavailable, you can opt for a refund or store credit.
 
Refunds
·     Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
·     Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
 
Return Shipping
·     Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
·     We recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
 
Faulty or Incorrect Items
·     If your boots arrive damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong pair, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ranchrunway.com. We’ll cover return shipping and ensure a replacement or refund is arranged quickly.
